Eli knows how to lead. His leadership skills make him a respected member of the M.INT team, as Eli also understands that harnessing the collective goal of a team to provide the best customer service is critical to serving clients.
Eli began his real estate career at a renowned residential luxury firm in Manhattan after having been a native of Memphis before moving to New York. Athletic from a young age, Eli served as the captain of his youth basketball teams and later went on to play Division 3 basketball for the Yeshiva University Maccabees. His unique personal experiences and upbringing with Southern values has taught him the delicate balance of being proactive while simultaneously adapting to the fast paced nature of the real estate business. Eli utilizes hard work and diligence to maintain his excellence at networking, both through online platforms like LinkedIn and in face-to-face interactions with clients. He strives to stay connected with his clients on a personal level via a variety of media, and makes sure to always be available for their questions and concerns throughout a transaction.
In addition to putting his heart and soul into residential rentals and sales, Eli works with many private investors looking to properly place their cash in secure and lucrative market investments. He is often said to have a kind of “real estate intuition,” allowing him to expertly match sellers and buyers that may have otherwise never been connected.
Eli's research and ongoing pursuit of knowledge mean that he is finely tuned to the heartbeat of Manhattan, allowing him to pinpoint the exact locations and buildings that best suit his clients. By emulating nothing but trust and a passion for making his clients as happy as possible, Eli has established himself as a vital, collaborative member of the M.INT team. In his free time Eli likes to workout, play basketball, enjoy nice dinners and travel.
