Our advertising campaign for this property built enough buzz to garner attention for the sale nationwide. The client was inspired to hire us thanks to our reputation as a firm that cares about each and every sale. In his unique Chelsea loft we saw the chance to create an amazing campaign about luxurious living in a full-floor apartment.
Two separate apartments in one, cut up into many rooms: where most firms would have seen a marketing challenge, we saw an opportunity to draw attention to how “hot” this property could be. Our campaign featured well-known models from top-tier agencies and ran in multiple international publications including a full spread on the inside cover of Manhattan magazine. We devised an alternate floor plan to help show the potential of the space, and we challenged prospective buyers to create their own custom home by owning the entire fifth floor of a 12-story loft building in Chelsea. We sold the apartment for $3,000,000, several hundred thousand above our client’s asking price.
