When my family and I were looking to hire an agent to sell our Greenwich Village apartment, we wanted an aggressive, but professional team to represent us in the deal. Five years prior we had a terrible experience purchasing the apartment. The prior seller’s broker and attorney were incompetent, uncommunicative, and borderline unethical. They made it very difficult to get the deal finished. Fortunately, when I met Michael in person, he seemed like the direct opposite. I first met Michael many years ago when I was looking to sell my apartment. He had reached out to me regarding a buyer he had for a different apartment that I owned, but that I was not looking to sell. I liked his proactive approach and asked him if he would value another property I owned. He jumped on the opportunity and I hired him. He found a buyer for the apartment and we got into contract.
