When my family and I were looking to hire an agent to sell our Greenwich Village apartment, we wanted an aggressive, but professional team to represent us in the deal. Five years prior we had a terrible experience purchasing the apartment. The prior seller’s broker and attorney were incompetent, uncommunicative, and borderline unethical.
