Welcome to our 115th weekly market update! We will go over the luxury market as well as the NYC market in general.
As we approach the end of the year, we are entering a historically busy time for listings. Although we are slightly crossing over into a buyer's market, sellers still have some upper hand even though buyers have some room for negotiation. As we keep an eye on supply and demand, keep in mind this is still a good time to sell as more properties go into contract.
